If there is a spirit in a place I can always sense it. I saw a spirit man in a shop I used to work in. I have a strong feeling that his is burried uder that part of the shop. He always walks in the same area because other people have seen him. I feel he is trying to tell us he is burried there.
Could I haves the gift of mediumship if so how can I learn how to use it?
Or is it just my imagination?

First please understand this comes from a medium or channeler. You do not want to open yourself to channeling every spirit you run into ,they will never leave you alone. Do some research online , join a few groups with other mediums and psychics. If you like I am online most evening, im me.

A Medium is a psychic who makes contact with those in spirit.
With regard to the man that you see, if you can put your beliefs about where his remains are, ask him why he is there. He could simply be visiting or what you see could be an energy imprint.
When it comes to mediumship, seek to find truth or facts that you can acknowledge about the spirit who is making contact.
The best way to improve this gift is meditation.

Why do you suppose a spirit cares where its former body is buried?
Does the spirit body have spirit clothes? Are those the clothes he was buried in or are they his favorite outfit?
You could do some research about the location of the shop. How deep did the workers dig to create the building? If they had to dig 15 feet to create a cellar chances are they would have unearthed any buried bodies.

How do you know if you're a medium or not? You'll eventually have no doubt. Cause it won't be just a single spirit in one spot, you'll feel, see, or hear them everywhere.
But Denie is right--the best advice I ever got was from a woman who came and cleaned a demon out of my house--don't go messing with things you know nothing about. IOW, it's a bad idea to do this by yourself. Find a group of people far more experienced than you. My advice to you? Look for a spiritualist church and see if they have a development circle you could join. That way you can develop and learn to use within a carefully controlled group where you'll very well protected. And I do mean protected. AS a sensitive, there are things out that WILL try to hurt you. But protect yourself and they can't. In fact, the higher you raise your vibration, they won't even try after a while. I'm there now. But it's taken me a long time to get to this point. I wouldn't advise doing it alone.
You need to learn to protect yourself before you start learning to use it. The spiritualist church will also be able to help you with this man stuck in the house.

Read books by Sylvia Brown (she is on the Montel Williams TV program). You may even be able to email her. I'm not positive, but I believe she has a web site,
possibly www.sylviabrown.com Get her books from library in your area, if you don't want to buy them. She can tell if a person is a SEER. It's very possible you do have the gift.
Just keep in mind (at all times) the gift of being a SEER comes from God. It's nothing to toy with. And you can cultivate that gift.
Don't be afraid of it, God will not allow harm to come to you.

If this man is walking in a repeitive motion I would say you are experiencing a residual haunting in simple terms this is a thing that replays over and over again it can be caused by a traumatic event in that persons life such as a brutal death things of that nature have you exprerienced other paranormal activity? had prior contact with other spirits?
You could be reading too much into your ability to sense spiritual prescence, if you are getting vibrations from the spirit about his dilemma then your ability might be more advanced than most people.

Since others have seen him too....then he's probably there. But don't mess around with this when you don't know what you're doing. I did that and deeply regret it. Don' t do anything till you've talked with somebody who's done it before. As for having the ';gift';...I don't call it a gift.
The first thing non-believers want to do is to dispeal that they is anything more than their close-mindeness. I do not necessarily believe you are a Psychic but I sure believe you are a certified Sensitive. I have had very strong feelings like you and it has been going on as a kid. I told my mom's younger sister that there was a body of a woman buried under her baby's crib. So, the genius moved the crib away from that area. She finally sold the old house about 2 years later as she could not put up with the things that were going on in that house.
The family who bought it was doing repairs to the house and when they got to the place where my cousin's crib had been kept for awhile until I told me Aunt what I saw and heard.
When they got the floor boards up they discovered the bones of a woman and indeed she was murdered by her husband. If something is really eating at you down as it can go and its like your knower knows, don't give up on the person. I learned this at an early age and it still continues today.
Have you ever known what someone is going to say before they even say it? Or, felt as if someone was near you and there was no one there? There are a million truthful ways I or someone else could prove your a Sensitive.

It is very possible that you may be able to discern these spirits--there are many who can; however, i would certainly hesitate before calling this a ';gift';. If a similar experience happens to you again, i suggest you renounce it and seriously consider receiving Jesus as your personal saviour. I say this to you in sincerity because mediumship is a curse, in actuality a demonic infestation.
Many mediums believe they see and are being assisted by ';spirit guides';, but this is a lie being promoted by satan and his fallen angels. What mediums are actually seeing and/or perceiving, and what you probably witnessed, is a ';familiar spirit';--a demon masquerading as a deceased person. The Bible is very clear that the dead do not return and are not able to contact the living in any way, shape, or form. Demonic familiar spirits can and do contact the living, and, if permitted, will proceed to bring confusion, turmoil, deceit, and terror into the life of the medium who believes this is a gift. The goal is as always with demonic involvement--potential possession. This nightmare is what every demon aspires to because their existence as unrepentant and outcast disembodied spirits is extremely uncomfortable.
I believe there is a very good chance that if you do, in fact, investigate this supposed sighting you will indeed find that a man committed murder and/ or suicide in the immediate vicinity. Demons are intensely attracted to places where human blood has been shed. The reason for this is because it was the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross that defeated them and their leader satan and is now used as a vehicle for retribution.

There's nothing to gain by ';labeling'; yourself. I have some gifts and there have been a few people who tried to classify them. No matter what they said or what they did, it didn't change my gifts (for the good or bad).
Just go with what you know, be yourself, and don't get caught up in the hype.
