Seriously, I don't know what I did wrong ... every time it hurts. I don't want this loosening thing as I will end up incontinant, but it hurts really really bad. well not bad, but it should be better by now.Where can I get actual sex advice as I am really worried and this is rated 13 site?
Its completely normal for it to hurt for up to a day, and it can do the first few times. Its more getting used to it, and getting a better technique when doing it. Remember you HAVE to use lube, which you can buy at any age from supermarkets cheaply. They're next to the condoms which you should also be using.
'Loosening' is simply starting off using smaller things like fingers, so your a bit looser before actual sex, and will not make you incompetent, your body repairs itself lol.Where can I get actual sex advice as I am really worried and this is rated 13 site?
The first four or five times it does hurt. After that, it should get better, *if* you take a lot of time, your bf is gentle, lots of foreplay, tons of lube. And, you have to *want* to open up for him.
You won't end up incontinent, don't worry.
By the way, plenty of gay couples don't prefer anal. I like oral much better personally. Oral is awesome. In fact, just snuggling together naked and making out is awesome in itself.
If you really need or want to do anal, please switch it around and penetrate him also, to make it equal and to give you a radically different experience.
If your pain persists, it could indicate some tearing or related issue that may require medical attention. I'd find a gay-friendly doctor to get checked out. Contact the PFLAG or Gay Men's Health center in your area to get some ideas on gay-friendly clinics. A doctor will *not* judge you for being gay -- at least a good physician should not -- but it's best to find a gay-friendly doc.
EDIT: Hmm, Steve S should enlighten us.
You are most likely bruised from the penetrations. You will not become incontinent from anal sex. Remember that you are training a muscle (your sphincter) to relax and accept the penetration. You can train it to relax and to contract. It is all in your mental state and how good your partner is at being a top. So do not worry about loosening just worry about relaxing when you need to and taking him in when you are ready. How long have you been having anal sex (not butt-sex) is your partner using lube is your partner massaging the anus any better he attempts to enter get your partner to lick the anus and around it for a while before he trys to enter it shall become more pleasurable with care from your partner and time
Was it your first time? Did you use lube? Don't worry, the muscles down there are resilient, you won't wind up incontinent. Next time, just make sure your partner lubes up and is gentle.
