You could contact your local state bar and ask them for referrals to pro bono legal representation clinics. I suppose that this would be a potentially criminal matter so, you could request a public defender. You may, however, want to discuss this with a criminal lawyer and see what they would charge to help you, or have them direct you to a legal aid service that may provide you with free legal assistance.
