Do military veterans get free will-planning advice?

Nothing fancy, just an simple, official document that states what I would like to happen to my assets, as well as what I would like to happen if I should ever be in some accident which would render me a vegetable. Are there any services like this? Do military veterans get free will-planning advice?

If you belong to the DAV they have a discount program:

The DAV has started our own nationwide network of attorneys who have agreed to give reduced-fee services to our members. These lawyers will prepare simple wills for $100 and health care and financial powers of attorney for $35 each. Other legal services are provided at 10% off the lawyer's prevailing rate.

Active Duty, Reservists, National Guard and Retirees can get a will prepared thought their local Post Legal Office by Military Lawyers.
