Fashion Advice! Where can I get jeans that fit me perfectly?

I'm a woman, 5'4'; and about 110 lbs. My legs are really skinny but my hips are little bit big. I've been having a hard time finding jeans that fit me right. They are either to tight around the middle or too loose around my legs! Does anyone of a similar body type know of a good jean brand that might work better for me? I'm going shopping tonight! I suggest staying away from Levis. They're too loose in the crotch area and upper legs.
Levi's fit everyone. Seriously. I also buy jeans at American Eagle but they aren't as comfortable. Just go to a department store and try on different types.
Mine's a little bit similar, try Pac Sun, their jeans fit me PERFECTLY. i love them, 2 for $55 :]
