How to get rid my body odour ? Any advice ?

I'm 13 years old and i am a girl. In school I sit beside a radiator at geography, the radiator is lyk 30 deegres or something, i sweat a lot then when the sweats goes away , all i can smell is odours, i cry every night because of it. I tried almost every deodrant but they don't work. In p.e i sweat and it smells lyk if i haven't washed for days. Could it be because of ur puberty ??

HELP..How to get rid my body odour ? Any advice ?
Get clinical strength deodorant. And make sure when you apply it u have just washed your armpits. And yes odors like that can be caused due to hormonal changes that occur during puberty. And if the clinical strength doesn't work for you, go to the doctor and get a prescription for a stronger one. And don't worry it's all normal : )How to get rid my body odour ? Any advice ?
Odor is usually caused by bacteria growing on the skin. You need to bathe/ shower every day. Use the deodorant and you can also get a an after bath powder to use. Then, you have to have clean clothes every day because the clothes harbor bacteria also. I have found if I put vinegar in with the laundry detergent, the clothes smell fresher. You are not too young to do laundry. So, you can do your own laundry ( it will be a help to your mom) and you can keep up your own clothes that way. You bedding needs to be washed weekly also. Use vinegar. Good luck, honey and don't cry. Ask your teacher to move you away from the radiator as you are too warm. Puberty does cause changes in your body and you will perspire more.
Step 1

Wash your body and under arms regularly. Some people sweat more than others. As a general rule try to bath at least twice a day and after any time you perspire.

Step 2

Rub Epsom salts on your body when you are in the shower or bath. The salts help to kill BO causing toxins on your skin.

Step 3

Exercise as often as you can. When you haven't perspired in several days, higher amounts of toxins will accumulate in your body' s sweat glands. These toxins cause a stronger smell. Routine exercise helps thin the levels of toxins and bacteria that cause body odor smell.

Step 4

Use baking soda as a deodorant. It will help neutralize the smell instead of just covering it up with a fragrance.
