OK, I am not going to tell you not to stress out because that is easier said than done but stress does tear you apart and can make your mind and your body play tricks on you. The best thing to do is spend time with friends, go on dates with the boyfriend/hubby and get your mind of TTC. But do not stop trying to conceive. Have fun sex every other day and buy an ovulation kit.

I tried the Basal body temps and charting until the fertility specialist told me that your temps will fluctuate so much and may be hard for you to decipher what it means. Also, fevers and infections could cause cervical mucous that has nothing to do with your cycle, but more an infection.

I found that ovulation predictor kits and constant sex was the key. And as far as stress, keeping busy and having your mind on other things is the only way block the stress. again, when you want a baby so badly it is hard to just not stress.

I'd say if you dont mind sex during bleeding start having it every other day..NOW.

Good luck..baby dust.. my prayers are with you.Advice On What To Do Next,On Trying To Get Pregnant Agian. And When To Start Trying?
It took me 3.5 yrs to get pregnant the first time. I had been on birth control before I was ever active, I have always had terrible heavy periods, so I figured it was from that. We did not want to spend all our money on fertility test and my doctor said be patient. And it did finally happen, when I finally quit worrying about it, I know easier said than done, but it really did help me to just say if it happens it is meant to be if not it is not our time yet. My husband did switch from briefs to boxers 3 months before I got pregnant, supposedly better for the sperm, I have no idea if that is what did it though. And beware I got pregnant the first time we had unprotected sex after my first and I was on my period LOL and then came #2 sooner than we would have planned, but perfect timing actually, so it may not be so hard for the next child if you want one. Hang in there.

The best advice I have gotten on stress has been from my oldest sister she says, people will treat you the way you let them treat you, and the more I thought about it, she is right, if you dont let people walk on you at work, marriage etc you will not be so stressed about what is going on. She also believes a lot in positive energy (she is a nauralist to the max) but I think she has a point there too, it waste a lot of energy being mad/stressed if you can learn to let go or not let it bug you to begin with it is a lot better for you stress wise. She also uses a lot of herbs, so go for it with the tea, I agree a low cost alternative, and all the herbs I have taken from her have mostly worked. Obviously you will stil get stressed, but try and let it go sooner. Having kids really helped me not obssess on work stresses etc. so try to take the mindset that you are letting go of all of it for a baby and just be patient, it will come in time. Also I was told to take a prenatal vitamin or a vitamin with folic acid while trying to conceive to keep your body healthy.
hey, love don't get so upset, don't stress and it will happen, trust me, here's a good site to keep track of all your periods ok, it will even tell you when you ovulate, base on how many days your menstral last and its free http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/ goodluck, stay bless, smile and keep your head up and you can start trying as soon as you think you're ready again, but prepare yourself emotionally ok, remember enjoy your time trying to make a little one, full of love ok... all the baby dust in the world for you!!!
