Isn't it always better to get advice from more than one person, as the one may be wrong?

I mean NHS today scared the hell out of me %26amp; I thought I was having a Stroke and felt TERRIBLE!!





I spoke to a duty doc and he asked me some Q's and gave a diferent diagnosis and I now feel brilliant!!Isn't it always better to get advice from more than one person, as the one may be wrong?
In the medical profession yes I would go from consultant to consultant if I wasn't happy and have done on another consultants advice. Turned out the first consultant was totally wrong. Glad your feeling better.Isn't it always better to get advice from more than one person, as the one may be wrong?
No, I believe that the fewer people you seek for advice, the better, but be sure of who you ask, and that the person (s) knows what they're talking about. The more people you ask for advice, the worse the advice gets, because the more you get people who would give advice on a subject they know nothing about rather than say they don't know.

some times is good to trust your own instinct; pray and ask god to help you with , your problem;; them you can ask some one that you now very well and you can get some advice from some of your closer relatives ia'm glad that you are feeliing much better,, be bless!
No I find that the more people you ask the more confused you get.

im glad to hear your feeling better... and yes it is always better to get advice from more than one person... but advice is never 100% trustworthy or true i guess...
You can ask so many questions,you`ll just get confused with all the conflicting answers.

Yeah..get numerous opinions then ignore them all and go with your gut feeling.....this is what i do all the time!!
Well, if you have many people you trust above all others and would never tell anyone your secrets, then yes. But let's say you only know one person who you totally trust, then stick with one.
If the advice is from someone you trust and it sounds good, go with the one person. Otherwise you won't know what to do.
