Dieting is key, and cardio. Start using the stairmaster or running or elliptical for 30 min a day. Avoid weights since they'll just build muscle on your already big legs. Its mainly genetics, but if you lose a few lbs and do cardio that involves using your legs and repetitions, you shoulds see some of that weight burn off soon enough.I have large legs- and am dieting. bike! it will tone your legs nicely.
and if you legs look ';bad'; (like mine ';cottage cheese';) then get your legs tan cause then it doesnt show up as much and you dont have to feel as embarassed about them.
