I have a interview for a Telephone Banking Adviser with Lloyds TSB, has anyone got any advice?

I have this interview as well and I was wondering if anyone has any further advice, and anything new that I can expect from them. My nerves take over me in every interview, and that is the reason being why I have failed all my face-to-face interviews to date! I require all the confidence I can get therefore, anyone's help will be gratefully admired.

I don't know much about the position you re seeking - but i used get a lot of jobs I wasn't necessarily ';qualified'; for by doing 2 things


Making eye contact, and smiling - these two things can coast you in even if you are not as qualified as they want, but if you have the foundations _ qualifying degree, some relevant experience, they know they have enough to train/mold you into what they want. Then it comes down to a personality contest. The one with the most smiles wins.
