i have a 2nd generation nano in black (8 gigs) (not the video playing ones). i like it even tho the battery is starting to falter a little bit...its still in great shape.
just before that i had bought the 30gb video ipod but it broke within the first 2 weeks so i got my money back and went for the nano... i told myself id never buy a video ipod again...
i saved my $ for university and i have some left over so im thinking, should i buy the 120gb ipod classic (in black)? it looks really cool and im seriously considering getting it, even though i dont wanna sell/give up my nano for when i work out...
would it be silly to spend $250 on a new one when i got my 2nd generation for $300 only a year and a half ago? i dunno im tempted to just splurge so yeah...advise me please :)
ps. i only used like 5gbs of my nano so its NOT a space issue! dont tell me to get the 120gb for space!
pps. DONT TELL ME TO GET A NANO!! thats pointless...:PAdvice: get the new ipod or not...?
Honestly, the quality of the iPod video has greatly improved recently.
My boyfriend bought the 160gig model in July and leaves it in the car all the time. and I had the 80gig model and dropped it all the time (in snow and rainy weather.)
My 80gig only broke after I spilled 16oz of gatorade directly on the wheel.
I say that you should go for it if you plan on watching videos a lot, but if you are only planning on listening to music, I say stick with what you have.
On another note, there are plenty of free video converters to make videos iPod compatable (I use my bf's old 30gig to watch videos on while waiting for the bus)Advice: get the new ipod or not...?
you should get a Archos 5 ..this kicks Apples butt all over the place.

well if your going to spend 250 you mind as well get a ipod touch
