I want to get a promotion, does anyone have any advice how i can make impress my boss?

i have been waiting to get promoted in my job (IT) for more than 2 years now. I'm getting a bit fed up with waiting, as i'm sure you can imagine - and wondered if anyone could help me out - i was thinking something for my CV or something to show i've gone the extra mile.

That's not fun. Especially not so fun with the current financial climate in London where I am.





I believe in professional training being the key. Even if you already do, professional training can show your manager you want to push forward and really want to win that new position.
