You can find many generalized forecasts on the net, youtube has several psychics who have video blogs offering free services on a general level.
Unfortunately I can't find anywhere that does personal readings for free, but I would advise checking out the video blogs on Youtube.
Soul Garden TV being one for daily forecasts, also KTtheAstrologer - Weekly could be tarotdotcom (username on youtube) and monthly would probably be barbaragoldsmith
